From mishearing “Chilean Sea Bass” at a wedding to filming James Beard Award-winning food television, my journey into the culinary world has been anything but expected. Over the last decade, I’ve filmed in Michelin-star kitchens, roadside taco stands, and rustic home kitchens across Mexico, Italy, and the U.S. Through these experiences, I’ve developed a deep passion for food storytelling — capturing the culture, tradition, and emotion behind every dish.
